On top of a rock that emerges from the blue sea lies ancient Vrbnik on the eastern coast of island Krk. The harmonious stone houses are densely arranged around the imposing bell tower that dominates the village. There is no doubt that Vrbnik can be considered one of the most beautiful and charming Croatian settlements. It is a place of rich history, but also the heart of the Croatian cultural heritage, thanks to the Glagolitic tradition, which has been preserved here for centuries. Our Under ancient roofs apartments are in the heart of this iconic old town.
Had a wonderful 6 days at Marina’s place; right in the centre of the old town, very beautiful and peaceful. The apartment had everything we needed - couldn’t recommend it more!

Ottima posizione, carino il luogo e ben pulito e host presente e cordiale.
Unica nota non del tutto positiva, ma tutto considerato di importante inferiore , il parcheggio non proprio vicino all’ appartamento

The accommodations were quite lovely. The location is in the old town portion of Vrbnik and within a short walk to the restaurant Nada. Obviously the place is quirky due to its age, but it was very authentic and exactly what we were looking for.
